Donation Refund Policy
Erroneous or duplicate donations
If you made a donation in error — wrong amount, duplicate charge, or unauthorized use of your card — contact us within 30 days at Info@sundas.org with your donation reference number. Verified erroneous donations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Recurring donations
Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; charges already processed for past months are not refundable except in cases of error.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
